Although the overall cleanliness could have been improved, particularly in common areas like hallways and stairways, the breakfast was tasty albeit not promptly replenished. Despite the minor cleanliness issues, the room itself was cozy and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The property's location, albeit currently affected by nearby construction, shows promise for future convenience. the proximity to a nearby Chili's restaurant offers a convenient dining option within walking distance. Along with a variety of amenities like complimentary breakfast, meeting facilities, and laundry services, the hotel ensures a comfortable stay for guests. From the well-equipped rooms with essential facilities to the range of amenities offered, such as an outdoor pool and fitness center, Comfort Suites Near Texas State University caters to various guest needs. Overall, my experience at the hotel was pleasant, and I look forward to revisiting once the surrounding construction is completed for an even more enjoyable stay.
